People often think that sport is something exclusively physic and muscular, but it is not exactly like that. The movement of our muscles is guided by our mind and our mind has a big influence on our sport results.

Is actually our mind that allow us to decide to begin and follow a sport career rather than doing something other; it is always our mind that every day motivate us to train and reach our objectives; it is our mind that allow us to react in a positive way during competitions.

For this reasons it’s very important to train also our mind, so that we can have a positive approach toward sport challenge, and life in general. It is a sort of inner way toward perfection, toward the pursuit of the best mood that allow us to release the positive energy that we have inside ourselves and that is on the grounds of our success.
