Sport and Diet

When you have a wrong diet it is something like giving the wrong fuel to your car: it doesn’t work anymore! For that reason athletes try to have a good balanced diet; especially for disciplines like High Jump, where every kilogram becomes an heavy load that brings you down when you try to jump high.

This doesn’t mean that I spend all my days to measure and calculate the calories of all the things I eat; actually I eat quite a lot and I am very gorgeous, but I try to reduce carbohydrate (bred, pasta and desserts) and to maintain an healthy diet with a lot of fruit, vegetables and proteins, indispensables for my sport activity. I take also some alimentary supplements like vitamins, proteins, omega 3 to help my body to face in a better way all my training and competitions.
