Besides training and diet it is also important to take care of our body, so that we can make him feel good and allow him to obtain good sports results. This means several things: remove psycho-physical tensions with some postural exercises like yoga, eliminate muscular tension with massages, have some sauna, Turkish bath or hydro massage in a wellness center, rest and allow our body to regenerate after the big effort of trainings and the stress of our work.
Go for a walk to relax in the Nature, meet friends, give ourselves moments of pleasure and amusement, read in an unusual place or simply go for shopping.

Actually it is not true that, if we train more we have better results, we can reach better results when our body and our mind feel good together.
